Shipping policy

**Order Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $100 CAD before taxes to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. Standard shipping is $15 CAD for orders below $100 CAD to these provinces. Express shipping is $25 CAD where available.

Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon have a $20 CAD standard shipping rate and are excluded from the free-shipping offer. Items in our clearance shipping profile have a separate $15 CAD shipping rate across Canada and are not eligible for the free-shipping offer. U.S. standard shipping is $45 CAD. The shipping options and total charge for your order are shown at checkout.

**How to Check Your Order Status**
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. 

If you have not received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@thh2.ca with your name and order number.

**Returns & Final Sale Policy**
Please note that all items purchased on sale are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Standard items follow our regular return guidelines.
