Shipping policy

**Order Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

**Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates**
* **Free Shipping:** We offer FREE SHIPPING Canada-wide on orders over $150 (before taxes).
* **Calculated Shipping:** Shipping charges for all other orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

**How to Check Your Order Status**
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. 

If you have not received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@thh2.ca with your name and order number.

**Returns & Final Sale Policy**
Please note that all items purchased on sale are final sale. These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Standard items follow our regular return guidelines.
