Refund policy

**Our Guarantee**
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with a standard item, we accept returns within 30 days of your order's delivery date. 

*Please note: All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.*

**Eligibility & Condition**
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

**Return Shipping**
As a small boutique, we are currently unable to offer free returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

**How to Initiate a Return**
1. Email us at sales@thh2.ca with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will email you with your return authorization.
3. Securely pack your item (being sure to protect the original carton) and ship it back to:

**Refunds & Processing**
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

**Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)**
The following items are strictly non-returnable and cannot be exchanged:
* Final sale items (any item purchased on sale or clearance)
* Intimate apparel
* Custom orders
