RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

In-Store Purchases and Online Orders:

Change of heart? We’ll happily take back any unworn item within 30 days of purchase with the original invoice and method of payment.

Items Purchased in store must be returned in store.

Online Purchases:

All unworn items from orders placed online may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to be paid by customer.

Procedure:

1. Pack unworn items in original shipping box or polybag and wrap shoe/boot box in craft paper to keep them clean and secure.
2. After including a copy of your original bill, seal the box or poly bag with tape (or) use the re-sealable opening of the polybag.
3. Please DO NOT tape up the original manufacturer’s shoe box.

Refunds on items purchased during the Buy one, Get one promotions may be subjected to price adjustments. ALL LAST CHANCE ITEMS/CLEARANCE ITEMS are subject to FINAL SALE.
